What ingredients do you use for your soaps?
Our soaps contain simple ingredients which may include coconut oil, sunflower seed oil, shea butter, cocoa butter. Some additives may include essential oils, natural clays, goat's milk, aloe vera juice or botanical exfoliants. Every product is labelled with the full ingredient list. Ingredients listed with "CI" followed by numbers simply refer to a selection of colorants used in cosmetics.
What is the best way to care for my soap bars?
For new, unused soaps, store away from moisture to prevent glycerin dew. Allow the soap bar to dry between uses, preferably on a soap dish to allow excess moisture to evaporate. This helps extend the life of the soap so you can get the most uses out of it!
Why are there droplets of liquid on my soap?
Some of our soaps are rich in glycerin, which has moisturizing properties as it has the ability to attract moisture from the air (and onto the skin.) This may cause droplets of moisture to form on the surface of the soap, known as glycerin dew. It does not change the quality of the soap and typically goes away after the first use.
